//fieldsautogroup.hireology.careers/ Responsibilities Organization & CRM Management Complete daily assigned tasks consistently and efficiently Monitor customer responses in Elead email messaging daily Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes in CRM Ensure all communication and follow-up activity is properly documented Managers should always be able to understand the status of a customer relationship through your notes Dashboard & Appointment Management Review dashboard daily for recent activity and opportunities Monitor showroom visits, phone ups, internet leads, and appointments Prepare for scheduled appointments by ensuring; the vehicle is ready; "hold" tag is placed in vehicle Manage missed appointments through timely follow-up and rescheduling efforts Properly check customers "In Showroom" upon arrival to maintain accurate tracking Utilize service appointments as opportunities to connect with existing clients Data Mining & Customer Outreach Review Top 10 Propensity to Buy reports regularly Proactively engage with potential repeat and upgrade clients Support customer retention and future sales opportunities Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment CRM experience preferred (Elead experience is a plus) Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Automotive experience preferred but not required What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Personal Time Off, Paid Training, Employee vehicle purchase plans, Health & Wellness and Sundays off.
