Patient Concierge

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our orthodontic family! We are seeking someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our patients and our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and checking in patients Answering phone calls and responding to patient text messages Communicating with referring offices regarding mutual patients Scheduling patient appointments Assisting the administrative team with daily office duties

Qualifications:

Strong customer service experience required Dental or orthodontic office experience is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive and caring team, we would love to hear from you!

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
