Outpatient Concierge Primary Care Average 8-10 patients per day Minimum 30-minute appointments Panel capped at 350 patients Dedicated RN + full clinical support team 200 patient-facing days per year , scheduled quarterly Focus on building relationships, not rushing visits NC license not required to apply-but must hold valid U.S. license
