Charlotte Area No Grease! Carolina Place Knights of the Razor Exclusive Knights of the Razor SouthPark Concord Area No Grease! Unlimited Georgia Area No Grease! Mall of Georgia No Grease! Sugarloaf Duties Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently with professional phone etiquette Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling Utilize computer skills in HomeBase, ADP & Squire Front Desk Client Ambassador Customer Service & Guest Relations Appointment Scheduling Retail Sales Support Team-Oriented Environment Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Join us as a No Grease! Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
