Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity Great fit for recent college graduates or early-career administrative professionals Long-term opportunity with temp-to-hire potential Join a growing global technology company with nearly 3,000 employees worldwide Gain exposure to office operations, leadership support, meetings, and event coordination Be part of a professional, modern, and fast-paced office environment Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) What You'll Do Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors Create a warm, polished, and professional reception experience Answer and direct incoming calls Support an office of approximately 100 employees Coordinate visitor access and communicate with building security Manage conference room schedules and assist with meeting coordination Maintain office supplies, shared spaces, mail, packages, and general office organization Assist leadership with scheduling, calendar support, and event logistics Help coordinate office meetings, team events, outings, catering, presentations, and materials Take meeting notes and prepare written summaries when needed What We're Looking For Recent college graduate or early-career professional preferred Previous receptionist, front desk, office, customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and polished appearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Friendly, dependable, and customer-service oriented Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay proactive throughout the day Requirements High School diploma or GED required Must be able to work on-site in Raleigh, NC Must be available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $20.00/hour Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) W-2 employment
