Description:
Hyundai Service Lane Concierge Full-time Hourly position
Responsibilities:
Assists with greeting customers in Service Drive. Leading customers to the correct Service Advisor.
Leading / Walking
customers to the waiting area, showing brief tour of Dealership (restroom, amenities, Sales Dept., etc.) Answers "Advisor" phone calls to answer questions. Basic knowledge of recalls and services. Ability to schedule service appointments. Ability to navigate Reynolds & Reynolds to check customer history. Ability to navigate Reynolds & Reynolds to find out SOR status and vehicle status. Responsible for setting the next service appointment if the Advisor is unable. Assist with cashiering and walking customer vehicle. Maintaining the fleet of Subaru loaner vehicles. Keeping TSD updated multiple times a day with current info. Keeping track of all loaner agreements. Maintaining the vehicles. Checking fuel levels and sending for fuel when needed. Maintaining high level of cleanliness in vehicle. Writing up and closing our loaner agreements with customers. Performing walk-arounds at check-out and check-in to check for and record damages (if applicable). Reporting ALL damages to Service Manager immediately.
Expectations:
Extreme focus on customer satisfaction and service. Positive energy, happy, and commitment to brand. Some basic automobile repair knowledge, at least at the express technician level. Work 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour break for lunch. Some Saturdays required based on rotation. Team player, wiling to assist with cleanliness of service drive. Basic computer and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Clean driving record for last 3 years.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand, sit, drive, Take photos/videos on a tablet. Strong data entry skills Friendly upbeat professional demeanor. Follow procedures and policies. Take direction well.
