Join Our Team as a Guest Experience Host at Axe Holes in Kearney, NE! Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for others? Do you thrive in a fun, dynamic, and interactive environment? Axe Holes, located in Kearney, NE, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Experience Host to join our team. If you have a knack for hospitality and at least one year of experience in a similar role, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Be Doing As a Guest Experience Host, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time at Axe Holes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Guiding guests through the axe-throwing experience, including safety instructions and tips for success. Facilitating group activities and ensuring everyone is engaged and having fun. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for all guests and staff. Assisting with event coordination and ensuring smooth operations during group bookings or special events. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch guest experiences. Here's what we're looking for:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
Personality:
Outgoing, approachable, and able to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is always ready to lend a hand.
