Job Description

Do you have a passion for the paranormal? Are you intrigued by the thought of sharing such experiences with others? Then you may be a great fit for this role! We are currently looking to add experienced customer service and sales focused individuals to fill the roles of Front Desk Agents at one of the of the most haunted museum in the world.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Our Front Desk Agents are the first impression and point of contact with our guests, so a friendly and welcoming demeanor is imperative to success in this role. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Greet visitors and answer general questions as needed. Describe, review and administer company waiver forms to all visitors upon entrance to the museum. Responsible for monitoring and enforcing cleanliness of the facilities at all times. Responsible for ensuring all safety measures and protocols are followed per company policy and regulations. Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers regarding services and daily job functions. Willing and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment. Available to work Thursday-Sunday, 2 pm to 10 pm. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
