Responsibilities:

Welcome residents with a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor Assist with resident requests. Provide knowledgeable information about amenities, services, events, and local attractions Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and satisfaction Maintain a polished front desk and reception area at all times Handle resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Support daily operations while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism

Shift:

Full-time Wednesday 9am-5pm -Porter Thursday 5pm-1am Concierge Friday 5pm-1am Concierge Saturday 9am-1am

Concierge Qualifications:

Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
