Specialist Player Lounge- Full Time, Laurel Lounge (Caesars Atlantic City)

Greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the great service experience. Responsible for seating and rotating lines while recognizing and developing rapport with VIP's. $18.50 Per Hour

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entertainment background or restaurant experience a plus.
• Outstanding public relations skills and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of MICROS system preferred.
• Appropriate training on CMS system.
• Must be able to work from a standing or sitting position for extended period
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property

NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

• Responsible for the accuracy of forecasted waiting times.
• Performs "satisfaction checks" when not seating guests.
• Oversees duties performed by the Dining Area Attendants to serve fast and efficient turnaround of tables.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and ability to market the outlet.
• Entertains guests and creates a fun-filled environment by circulating throughout public areas of the facility as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the Seven Stars Lounge and Diamond Club.
• Will be responsible to approve or deny admittance to the Seven Stars and Laurel Lounges for additional guests of Club members through comp issuance.
• Promotes Caesars and acts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Exhibits a positive, outgoing personality.
• Performs station and side work checks.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
