We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as Tanning Consultants. In this position, you'll represent our brand, guide clients through their tanning options, and support them in achieving their ideal glow. We are looking for individuals who are committed to long-term success and growth within our organization, rather than a seasonal role. If you're energized by a fast paced setting, enjoy sales, and want to make a meaningful impact on each client's visit, we'd love to meet you. Both Full-time and Part-time opportunities available! Key Responsibilities Your daily responsibilities may include: Welcoming clients and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Evaluating skin types and recommending the most suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines Explaining the tanning process clearly, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed Keeping tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Recommending and selling lotions and retail products based on client needs Consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits Maintaining accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history Opening and closing the salon according to company standards Benefits We value your hard work and offer a competitive package, including: Discounts on products and services Opportunities for advancement and professional development A fun, supportive, and well run work environment Referral incentives Commission and bonus opportunities 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision and life insurance (Fulltime) Paid Time off (Fulltime) Qualifications We're looking for candidates who are: Positive, outgoing, and passionate about the tanning and beauty industry High school graduates (or equivalent) At least 18 years old Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred) Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable standing, bending, and being on their feet for extended periods
