Overview About Unbound Golf Unbound Golf is a newly PGA Recognized Indoor Golf Facility opening in Branchburg, NJ featuring five Trackman iO simulator bays (four open bays and one private bay) and a clubhouse-style environment where golfers can practice, compete, and connect year-round. The facility is designed to support both recreational play and player development while building a strong local golf community. Role Overview This is a front-line operations and customer experience role responsible for delivering a premium, high-touch experience at Unbound Golf. Facility Attendant will be responsible for running day-to-day shifts, supporting members and guests, and ensuring the space operates smoothly — including opening and closing the facility. At times, this role requires confidently operating the facility independently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in a clean and well-run environment, and is comfortable interacting with customers in a golf-focused setting. We are not just hiring staff — we are building the team that will help create a premium golf atmosphere and community. Schedule & Structure Part-time, hourly role Evening and weekend availability preferred Shifts may include: Opening (early morning member hours) Midday coverage Closing shifts Some shifts may be solo Experience Required What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Reliable and accountable Comfortable working independently Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset Interest in golf is a plus, but not required Essential Responsibilities Facility Operations Open and/or close the facility based on schedule Ensure simulator bays and common areas are clean, organized, and fully functional Perform basic troubleshooting of Trackman systems (training provided) Monitor the facility during shifts (including solo coverage at times) Restock supplies and maintain overall presentation standards Customer Experience Greet members and guests and assist with check-in Help customers get set up in bays and answer basic questions Deliver a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience Handle minor issues or escalate to management when needed Booking & Flow Management Monitor bookings and bay usage throughout shifts Help manage transitions between groups Support walk-ins and same-day bookings where applicable Ensure efficient use of bays Events & Programming Support Assist with leagues, events, and group outings Help set up and reset bays for organized play Support overall event execution Benefits Potential for: Expanded responsibilities Future lead roles as the business grows Complimentary bay access during designated off-peak times (subject to availability)
