Job Description

Front Desk Role Summary The Front Desk team member is the first point of contact for guests and customers. This role manages check-ins, answers calls, provides on-site customer support, and ensures service tickets are logged and resolved to support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage customer check-ins Answer phone calls and respond to in-person inquiries Provide on-site customer support and issue resolution Create, track, and update service tickets Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and service teams as needed Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and ticketing system proficiency Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Salary Range:
$37,000•$46,000 or $18•$22/hour Reports to:
Facility Manager Pay:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour
