As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in welcoming guests, assisting clients, and ensuring our showroom reflects the elegance and excellence of Mercedes-Benz.

What You'll Do:

Warmly welcome and host all customers to create a meaningful and lasting impression. Assist coordinates and assign the visitors/ customers to the respective consultants. Transmit a positive first impression about the Mercedes-Benz brand, company, and dealership. Assess visitors'/customers' concerns and or needs and work closely with the service and service management team to ensure each customer has an exceptional experience. Answer or direct phone calls with confidence and care.

What We're Looking For:

A high-energy people person with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a polished presence. Comfortable with multitasking while remaining pleasant and approachable. Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-friendly. Prior customer service or front desk experience a plus (willing to train the right person for this excellent opportunity). Why you'll
