Enrollment Coordinator

Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Highland Park is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. In this sales-focused role, you will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrolled students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to voice messages, calls, website inquiries, and social media leads
• Communicate efficiently with students and clients including scheduling appointments
• Follow up with prospective students while maintaining organized communication and lead tracking
• Clearly explain program options and pricing, and confidently ask for enrollment to close new students
• Support Franchisee, executives, and studio with daily operational tasks Qualifications for this role include:
• Sales or customer service experience, especially in front desk, guest services, concierge, gym/spa or other enrollment-based businesses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• A professional and outgoing personality
