Job Description:
Physique 57 is a women's fitness company with 11 global upscale, full service boutique exercise studios and an on demand platform with subscribers in over 65 countries. This person will develop a strong understanding of the Physique 57 method, brand standards, company policies, member agreements, and client offerings, and will work closely with the Director of Studio Performance & Growth and Studio Director to support both sales performance and an exceptional client experience. Physique 57 Soho and Physique 57 NoMad Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
  • Manage the front desk Concierge Team
  • Hire and onboard new Concierges
  • Provide real time coaching and feedback
  • Support team culture and morale
  • Organize team meetings and bonding events
  • Partner with the Studio Director on employee development and corrective action
  • Create team schedules and ensure proper coverage aligned with class schedules Sales & Performance
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local fitness landscape
  • Fill in KPI trackers weekly and monthly and speak confidently to results
  • Partner with the Studio Director to implement sales strategy based on KPIs
  • Execute monthly campaigns and maintain learnings documentation
  • Own the in studio sales process with a focus on the first 8 classes and member conversion
  • Manage sales and target lists in alignment with KPI strategy
  • Disseminate sales information and priorities to the Concierge Team Client Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with Physique 57 hospitality standards
  • Maintain a strong in studio presence
  • Lead by example in hospitality and professionalism
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Cultivate meaningful and lasting client relationships CRM & Communication
  • Manage and QA daily client communications from the front desk team
  • Ensure the studio is achieving sales goals
  • Participate in SMS and email communication with clients
  • Coach team members on communication style and client resolution
  • Suggest improvements to communication flows and automations Studio Presence & Scheduling
  • Maintain a consistent in studio presence across Soho and NoMad locations
  • Work approximately 25 to 30 hours per week between both studios
  • Support studio operations through assigned Concierge shifts
  • Maintain flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Step in during peak periods, staffing gaps, and elevated business needs
  • Lead by example through active participation in daily operations
  • Partner with the Studio Director to ensure operational coverage and staffing support Compensation Target base salary: $22/hour plus bonus tied to studio revenue growth, membership conversion, retention, utilization, and client reactivation. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness, hospitality, wellness, retail, or other customer facing management environments preferred
  • Previous experience managing hourly teams and employee schedules required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a KPI driven sales and service environment
  • Passion for hospitality, client experience, wellness, and team culture
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable giving direct feedback, coaching team members, and managing performance expectations
  • Experience with CRM systems, SMS communication platforms, and client management tools preferred
  • Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, or premium service experience strongly preferred
