Job Description

We have an immediate need for a customer-service oriented Concierge/Resident Coordinator to join our award-winning property management team at one of our luxury apartment communities Sable, Jersey City, NJ.
Summary:
Offer personalized and high-level customer service and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional living experience by fulfilling requests and addressing concerns promptly. Operates PBX or multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Meet and greet potential clients, residents, vendors and guests. Answers questions, takes service requests and provides information about the property when others are not available.
Skills:
The position requires the ability to deal well with people and get them to feel comfortable quickly. In addition, the position requires the following: Strong Customer Service Skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong Oral Communication Skills Strong Written Communication Skills Teamwork Strong Organization and the ability to multi-task Computer skills Use of telephones, PBX system, personal computers and productivity software and other office equipment is required Flexible for evenings and weekends, as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent This position requires the ability to read and write English fluently Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs
