Job Description

12 Hour Shift 3x Per Week 8am-8pm. Position Summary The Resident Engagement Concierge serves as the welcoming face of our Memory Care Neighborhood while actively fostering resident engagement, connection, and participation in community life. This individual staffs the Memory Care concierge desk, assists residents and visitors, and proactively builds relationships with residents to encourage involvement in activities, events, and daily programming. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer phones and assist with resident requests. Provide concierge-style customer service and problem resolution. Build meaningful relationships with residents and learn their interests. Encourage participation in activities, outings, and community events. Help welcome and integrate new residents into the community. Communicate resident concerns, preferences, and feedback to appropriate departments. Support move-ins, resident orientations, and family introductions. Maintain lobby presentation and ensure a welcoming environment. Ideal Candidate Naturally outgoing and engaging personality. Strong customer service and hospitality skills. Comfortable speaking with seniors and families. Organized and able to multitask. Experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, activities, or customer service preferred. Able to create meaningful connections and make residents feel known and valued.
