In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory. We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven individual to join our Showroom as a Concierge. This Receptionist & Sales Support role is a vital partner to our Sales Representatives, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience in our showroom. As part of a two-person team, this individual will be a key point of contact, providing outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and administrative support enhancing every client's interaction. Responsibilities To thrive in this role, you will be expected to successfully perform the following duties: Customer Experience Create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing. Offer refreshments, seating, and other amenities to enhance the client's showroom experience. Promptly and effectively respond to client inquiries, ensuring a positive and solution-oriented experience. Sales & Order Support Assist sales representatives with key processes, including sample requests, quoting, order placement, tracking, and returns. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless account management. Product & Project Knowledge Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TileBar's product offerings, systems, and services to provide accurate and expert information in support of the client's needs and inquiries. Team Collaboration Work closely with showroom staff and internal teams to uphold brand standards and exceed client expectations. Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery. Assist with additional showroom and sales-related tasks as needed to enhance the client's experience. Brand Representation Represent TileBar with professionalism and positivity, embodying our values, vision, and dedication to exceptional service. Contributing to our friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven culture. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Experience:
2-3 years of relevant Sales Support experience. 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries preferred. Experience working with Commercial Contractors and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations. Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in CRM systems (required). Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments. Additional Requirements Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed. Ability to travel occasionally for market events, training, or showroom openings. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for sample movement and showroom maintenance.
