Leading SMILES' is a growing, family-owned private dental practice located in Pennsauken, NJ. As the welcoming face of our office, you will play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience from the first phone call to each in-office visit. We are seeking someone who can confidently manage patient communication, follow established systems, and help keep the officer running smoothly. What you'll do: Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Manage patient communication via phone, text, and email Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule Assist with patient flow and front office coordination Follow and improve office systems and processes Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience What we need from you: Minimum 1 year of dental experience required (clinical experience welcomed) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Eager to learn and grow within the dental field If you are someone who loves helping people, values organization, and is excited about growing in the dental industry, we would love to meet you!
