Job Description

BDC Coordinator (Automotive Sourcing Concierge) PrideStaff is seeking a polished, high-energy Business Development Coordinator to join a premier automotive brokerage and sourcing group. Unlike a traditional dealership, this company acts as a high-end advocate for clients, sourcing any vehicle they desire through an extensive network of partners. We are looking for an Automotive Concierge who excels at managing digital inquiries and providing a "white-glove" experience for clients looking to find their perfect vehicle without the typical dealership hassle.
Role Overview Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00

Professional Office Environment Key Responsibilities Digital Lead Management:
Promptly answer and manage online inquiries and vehicle requests from clients looking for specific makes and models.
Sourcing Support:
Act as the initial point of contact to gather client requirements (specs, budget, preferences) to help the team source the ideal vehicle through our network.
Client Concierge:
Provide a high-touch, personable experience via phone, text, and email, guiding clients through the sourcing process.
Front Desk Coordination:
Manage the front office environment, greeting visiting clients and partners with a professional and welcoming presence.
Follow-Up Excellence:
Maintain consistent communication with leads to ensure no request goes unanswered and all client needs are being met. What We're Looking For The "Problem Solver"

Personable & Professional:
You are the face (and voice) of the brand. You must be exceptionally outgoing and professional in all interactions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing high-volume digital inquiries.
Adaptability:
You thrive in a role that is part "front desk" and part "digital coordinator," handling various tasks with a positive attitude.
Experience:
Backgrounds in hospitality, executive assistance, or high-end automotive service/coordination are ideal. Why Apply?
