With a passionate team behind the brand, we're seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to join our growing Shrewsbury, NJ studio.

Overview Job Summary:

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients see when they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment Manage check-ins and check-outs Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and booking software Answer incoming calls and texts and respond to client inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked Inventory Support spray tan artists and management with day-to-day operations Promote retail products and services with confidence and enthusiasm Assist with social media content or client photo ops, as needed

Qualifications:

Prior front desk, salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred but not necessary as we will train the right person Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and time management abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable with technology and booking platforms (we'll train you!) Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
