Your Role You are the voice and face of East Madison Dental. You create WOW experiences from the very first time someone walks in the door to the final smile at checkout. Reception & Front Desk Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Manage patient check-in and check-out Verify patient demographics, insurance, and forms Collect co-pays and assist with financial conversations Maintain a clean, calm, welcoming front-office environment Call Center & Scheduling Excellence Answer high-volume inbound calls with confidence and compassion Schedule new and existing patients to maximize doctor and hygiene productivity Convert phone inquiries into booked appointments Handle recall, confirmations, re-care, and follow-ups Triage emergencies and route calls appropriately Administrative & Team Support Work closely with clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless patient flow Accurately document conversations in Dentrix Ascend Assist with daily metrics, call tracking, and scheduling KPIs Proactively fill open chair time and reduce no-shows You're a
