Responsibilities:

Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk. Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions. Perform clerical duties as assigned. Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents

Part-time Qualifications:

Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous. Why Join Spring Oak?
