We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Quick Lane Service Concierge to support our high-volume Quick Lane operation. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for Quick Lane guests, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience from arrival through vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet Quick Lane customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth flow through the service lane. Communicate service timelines, pricing expectations, and updates to customers. Coordinate with Quick Lane Technicians and Advisors to manage vehicle flow efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Quick Lane drive, waiting area, and customer touchpoints. Answer customer questions regarding basic maintenance services and Quick Lane offerings. Support appointment scheduling and walk-in service coordination as needed. Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Follow all dealership safety policies and service lane procedures. Assist with additional service department tasks as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and customer-first attitude. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced service drive environment. Frequent standing, walking, and customer interaction. Occasional outdoor exposure depending on service lane activity. Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as business needs require.
