Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant Lot Patroller to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of the towing lot. This role involves patrolling the property, assisting customers, monitoring vehicle releases, and maintaining lot organization. The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, and capable of responding to security and customer service needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the full perimeter of the lot and report unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity. Assist customers with vehicle retrieval and accompany them to their vehicles when necessary. Verify vehicle information and update system records to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper processing of insurance, E&E, and stock vehicles, and complete registrations, releases, visits, and setouts. Maintain property cleanliness and perform basic facility maintenance. Utilize lot patrol check-in systems to ensure all areas are regularly monitored.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or
GED. 1-2
years of related experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and the public; bilingual a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Regular use of hands and fingers for patrolling and clerical tasks. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
Outdoor lot with exposure to varying weather conditions. Moderate noise levels with a fast-paced work environment requiring attentiveness and adaptability.
