THE JOB:
As a Lead Receptionist, you'll create an inviting first impression and a lasting memory, guiding guests through a seamless and elevated experience.
THE STARTING RATE
$15.50 THE
DAY-TO-DAY
Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction Meet the demands of a fast‐paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi‐task Monitor the Call Center and Reception Desk for cleanliness and re‐organize as needed Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of computers/office equipment Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately Be knowledgeable of Spa and Salon Department Goal Board/Market Metrix Board and Hotel goals Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction Identify and report defects throughout the Spa and Salon; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1+ years of prior relevant experience in luxury guest service is preferred Has prior experience working in a Spa or Salon setting High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years of age or older
