  • Las Vegas, NV 7175 W Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 180, Las Vegas, NV 89128 The Wellness Coordinator is a patient-facing, sales-driven role responsible for delivering an exceptional, patient-centered experience while supporting clinic operations and driving membership growth.
This position blends customer service, front desk responsibilities, and sales, with a strong focus on guiding patients toward ongoing care through memberships and packages.

  • 2:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered clinic environment Greet patients, check them in, and manage clinic flow efficiently Guide new patients through orientation and clinic tours, communicating our care model and services Present Wellness Plans and Packages based on the doctor's prescribed treatment plan Consistently guide patient conversations toward ongoing care and membership solutions Re-engage inactive members and build lasting patient relationships Answer phones, schedule bookings, and assist with patient inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Complete daily operations including POS transactions, patient account management, and inventory awareness Participate in local marketing efforts, events, and outreach initiatives Communicate patient feedback and concerns to leadership Support team goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing clinic culture Compensation & Growth Hourly base pay + commission on memberships and packages Bonus opportunities tied to performance Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for growth and advancement Our Core Values TRUST •

    High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and service packages Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback constructively Comfortable using systems and learning new technology Polished, professional presence representative of the brand Flexibility to work weekends and support clinic needs Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20-50 pounds (based on clinic needs) If you thrive in a goal-oriented environment and love connecting with people, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team across 11 locations.
