Job Description

Overview We are a private concierge elderly care company seeking compassionate, dependable, emotionally intelligent caregivers to support seniors and their families in a highly personalized, relationship-centered environment. This is not a high-volume franchise caregiving position. We intentionally provide a more thoughtful, attentive, and human-centered level of support for our clients. Our caregivers often become trusted companions and a calming, reliable presence during important stages of life. We are looking for individuals who are naturally patient, grounded, professional, and genuinely caring. This is a non-medical caregiving role. Clients range from highly independent seniors who primarily need companionship and logistical assistance to individuals and families navigating advanced aging, cognitive decline, or hospice support.
Responsibilities May Include:
Companionship and meaningful social engagement Transportation to appointments and errands Grocery shopping and meal preparation Medication reminders Light household assistance and organization Stand-by assist showers and simple hygine/personal care Communication with family members when appropriate Providing calm, reassuring support during difficult transitions

Requirements:
Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and/or within a care-team structure Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass a background check and provide professional and personal references Prior caregiving or life experience supporting others is strongly valued Professional caregiving experience is appreciated; however, we are also open to individuals with relevant life experience, hospitality backgrounds, or experience caring for family members
Position Details:
Independent Contractor position Flexible scheduling based on your availability Care locations vary and may include private homes, retirement communities, assisted living, and memory care facilities Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for long-term client relationships This position is ideal for individuals seeking meaningful work within a team where compassion, trustworthiness, emotional intelligence, and genuine human connection truly matter.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
