Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and internet leads Help customers find the best time to view our inventory Long-term follow-up with prospective clients Set appointments with sales Update guest information in our systems Maintain a thorough knowledge of the different vehicles available Maintain ongoing relationships with customers Assist guests in completing purchases online
