Events Representative

Job Summary A Events Representative is responsible for making and tracking HIPAA compliant outbound calls to existing and prospective patients in a timely manner, providing information about the practice, making appointments and answering questions. Primary Responsibilities Attending Wellness and Pain events, managing check in process, and enter data. Design event flyers for distribution to marketer(s). Schedule and confirm licensed Massage Therapist(s) and driver(s) for events. Manage, track, restock and charge all event supplies for van and office. Handle front desk responsibilities as needed, including answering inbound calls, making appointments, following up on no show/cancellations, checking in and checking out and any other office needs Secondary Responsibilities Make post-event texts and calls to prospective patients using different reports and tools, with the goal of booking appointments. Enter, track and analyze outbound call data. Book appointments using internal calendars, Electronic Medical Record software, and other tools. • Must be willing to travel within New York and New Jersey •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications Experience:

1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills Familiarity with, and ability to maintain, HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Computer skills required, including Microsoft office Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Description Wellness and Pain Ability to multi-task with attention to detail Data analysis Marketing and event management Teamwork and ability to work well with others

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
