Position SummaryThe IV Concierge Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional IV therapy while building ongoing relationships with Optimal Life members.
This role combines:
Clinical precisionConcierge-level serviceProactive patient engagementYou will manage a panel of patients and play a key role in ensuring consistency, experience, and outcomes.
Core ResponsibilitiesIV Therapy DeliveryAdminister IV therapies (NAD+, oxygen therapy, immune, mitochondrial, and specialty infusions)Monitor patient response and adjust within protocolMaintain safety, sterility, and accurate documentationPatient Relationship OwnershipManage and build relationships with assigned Optimal Life membersUnderstand patient goals, preferences, and treatment historyDeliver a personalized, high-touch experienceProactive EngagementPerform regular outreach (text/call) to maintain consistency of careIdentify gaps in care and re-engage patientsSupport consistent treatment cadenceCare CoordinationCollaborate with providers and team membersEnsure continuity across IV therapy, HBOT, peptides, and other servicesDocumentation & FeedbackMaintain accurate, timely EMR documentationTrack patient response trends and toleranceProvide feedback to clinical team for ongoing optimizationCompensationBase Pay$45/hourPerformance-Based Monthly Bonus (Up to $2,500â$3,000/month)Patient Retention (Up to $1,200)
