Doorman

Position Overview:

Leonard's Palazzo, a renowned catering and event venue, is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Doorman to join our team. The Doorman will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and seamless assistance as they arrive for events. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to provide guests with accurate event information.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the doors for guests with a warm welcome, creating a positive first impression. Answer guest inquiries, providing accurate information about event locations, schedules, and other relevant details. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area at all times Coordinate with operations managers, security personnel, valet attendants, and event staff to ensure smooth guest experiences. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards Assist with any special requests or additional inquiries guests may have.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to remain calm and composed while assisting guests. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
