Job DescriptionThis opportunity is part-time Friday's & Saturday's 3pm -11pm Reports ToThe Concierge will report to the Business/community Operations Director. This position is a non-exempt, hourly position.
Job OverviewProvides a positive first impression to all who enter the community. Provides an overview of community information for those inquiries in support of sales and marketing efforts. Responds to incoming calls and provides clerical support to all departments.
Salary Range; $17.00 - $18.50 per hour Responsibilities and DutiesAnswers and screens all incoming calls in a courteous and professional mannerReceives and processes mail for the communityMaintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheetsMonitors security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door securityOrders and maintains appropriate office suppliesAssists the Business Operations Director in administrative tasks as assignedParticipates in and attends all in-service training as scheduledEnsures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma preferredStrong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalitiesExperience working with the senior populationProficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applicationsPhysical AbilitiesWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 25 lbs. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
