Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Customer Communication:
Answer incoming calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner. Provide detailed explanations of available spa retail products and treatment packages. Assist clients in selecting the most suitable options based on their needs and preferences.
Booking Support:
Call customers with active spa packages to schedule treatments in coordination with the concierge team. Reach out to retail customers to offer spa treatment options and book appointments as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Liaise effectively with the concierge and front desk teams to ensure smooth and timely booking and service delivery. Follow up on customer requests or changes to appointments, ensuring all departments are informed.
Front Desk Support:
Assist with front desk duties, including guest check-in/check-out, handling payments, and addressing guest inquiries. Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and professionally managed at all times.
Customer Experience & Service Quality:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence in all customer interactions. Address and resolve customer concerns or direct them to appropriate staff when necessary.
