Position Summary
Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests within his/her assigned building
Job Responsibilities
+ Monitors access to the property and checks for valid identification.
+ Greets all residents and guests upon entry. Announces and registers guests. Monitors the arrival and departure of vendors or contractors. + Ensures that the Concierge Desk is secured at all times. + Receives, sorts and distributes mail; accepts and signs for package deliveries. + Ensures safety of residents. Responds to emergency situations and regulates unauthorized activity. Escalates issues as needed. + Troubleshoots and resolves resident complaints. + Coordinates move-in and move-out activities. + Maintains a log of shift activity. Escalates any issues or concerns. + Provides supervision of the porter staff when directed.
