Cleaning Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team at a premier luxury condominium residence in Manhattan. As the first point of contact for residents and their guests, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, elevated experience that reflects the high standards of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, gracious welcome to residents and guests, creating a personalized and professional first impression at all times. Maintain a refined and well-groomed appearance; uniform is required at all times while on duty. Monitor and manage building access, including visitors, contractors, and deliveries, with discretion and attention to detail. Maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with building protocols. Announce and confirm guest arrivals with residents in a courteous and efficient manner. Enforce all building security procedures and respond promptly to any emergency situations in accordance with established protocols. Report any unusual or unauthorized activity to property management immediately. Receive, log, and manage incoming packages and deliveries using the building's tracking system, ensuring all items are entered accurately and completely in the package management software, including verification of resident name, unit number, and carrier information to maintain precise records and prevent delivery errors. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of packages to residents in accordance with building procedures. Create and submit work orders for building issues and resident requests promptly and accurately through the building's management system, and assist residents in clearly communicating service needs to ensure timely follow-up. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and entrance areas by completing all assigned cleaning routines and checklists each shift, ensuring a consistently elevated, five-star environment. Coordinate closely with the Property Manager and Superintendent to address resident requests and support daily building operations. Assist residents with general inquiries, service requests, and reservations, providing a high level of hospitality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to high-level customer service. Prior experience in a luxury residential building, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment is strongly preferred. Familiarity with concierge or front desk operations; experience with package management and work order systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately follow procedures and maintain organized records. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability in a client-facing role. Ability to remain composed and responsive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
