Rapport Salary:
$26.00 - $28.00 / hour Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group focused on all aspects of guest and employee services, meeting and event planning and conference center management. Distinct from recruitment agencies, we do not engage in temporary contracts. Duties and Responsibilities- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and strong presence.
- Deliver personalized arrival experiences tailored to individual preferences.
- Manage seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Oversee access management, including badge processes, with accuracy.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute meetings and events, including audiovisual setup and catering, serving as liaison between clients and vendors.
- Resolve scheduling and booking conflicts proactively, escalating when needed.
- Respond to inquiries efficiently with strong attention to detail.
- Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs, documenting key updates.
- Provide first-level technical support for site technology needs.
- Support administrative tasks to maintain daily operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and departments.
- Follow all security, fire, health, and safety protocols.
- Support business needs with flexibility across schedules.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications
- Strong hospitality mindset focused on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in computer systems, office technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to operational excellence.
- Experience with meeting and event planning preferred.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ownership mindset with accountability across responsibilities.
- Two to three years of client service or front-of-house experience in hospitality or corporate environments preferred.
