Role Overview:

Are you passionate about and dedicated to making experiences extraordinary? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! As a Concierge at Ten Group, you will curate everything from intimate dinners at exclusive chef's tables to securing reservations at world-renowned Michelin-star establishments. Your role is not just about booking tables; it's about crafting unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do:

Manage reservation requests for both domestic and international ensuring each request is handled with precision and flair. Engage with members via phone and email, providing personalized suggestions tailored to their tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements. Stay informed about current trends and offerings to provide members with the best recommendations. Collaborate with suppliers to confirm details and ensure every member's needs are met comprehensively.

Requirements What We're Looking For:

An enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge Required. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple reservations while delivering outstanding service and maintaining attention to detail. A customer-centric approach, with the ability to tailor each dining experience to the unique preferences of high-net-worth individuals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build rapport with members and suppliers alike. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation platforms such as OpenTable. Ability to thrive under pressure and handle urgent requests with poise and professionalism.
