Role:

The Lounge Runner plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a lounge environment by providing exceptional support to both guests and staff. This position focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and timely service delivery to enhance the overall guest experience. The Lounge Runner acts as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and coordination to meet guest needs promptly. By managing inventory, restocking supplies, and assisting with setup and breakdown of lounge areas, the Lounge Runner helps maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and operational excellence within the lounge setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Assist in managing inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors. Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests to enhance their experience.
