In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for owners, residents and guests by providing exceptional customer service. Your profesional demeanor and energetic approach will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a professional environment, and support the overall success of our team. A highly professional staff member who is attentive, polite and helpful to all residents and guests. Responsibilities Greet residents, unit owners, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring all individuals are promptly assisted upon entry Manage the front desk at all times, including answering incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and handling inquiries efficiently Maintain the appearance and functionality of the lobby, concierge desk, package room, and mailroom Receive, log, and distribute packages and mail using BuildingLink, ensuring timely notifications to unit owners Properly handle perishable items and prescriptions in accordance with building procedures Monitor and operate building systems, including Fire Command Station, CCTV, and access control systems Adhere to and enforce Condominium House Rules, reporting any violations to the Resident Manager or Managers as required Supervise and coordinate front‑of‑house operations involving porters and doormen to ensure seamless daily operations Follow emergency key and access procedures, including verifying identification, confirming permissions to enter, and accurately logging all activity in BuildingLink Serve as a point of contact for vendors by communicating building procedures and verifying that required insurance is on file prior to granting access Permit vendor access only during approved hours and upon management authorization Document and submit all service requests and resident issues through BuildingLink, escalating to the Resident Manager as appropriate Perform administrative tasks including data entry, calendar updates, and internal communication using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and BuildingLink Qualifications Proven experience in Front Desk Concierge roles Strong verbal communication skills with exceptional phone and interpersonal etiquette Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Front Desk Concierge needs to be the friendly face that sets the tone for our organization's welcoming culture. Two (2) plus years of experience The ability to remain standing for prolonged periods The ability to safely lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to approximately 25 pounds
