Patient Concierge

Position Overview Inspired Aesthetics Medical Spa is seeking a highly motivated, organized and professional Patient Concierge to support the daily operations of our medically driven wellness and aesthetics practice. This role is central to delivering a high-touch elevated patient experience-blending front office coordination, patient communication. wellness product support, and operational excecution. Responsiblities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
• Manage check-in and check-out processes with scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up care
• Perform body composition scans in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Assist patients in setting up online supplement ordering accounts Qualifications Required
• Strong customer service or patient-facing experience
• Comfortable working with digital systems, EMRS, and online platforms
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion. Preferred
• Experience in Medical, Wellness or aesthetics environment
• Familiarity with supplements.
