Concierge Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual to join our team as a Concierge Assistant in Akron. As a member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with reservations and bookings, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about local attractions and events.
