Immediate Hiring Opportunity - Start Within 1-2 Weeks Blue Rock Senior Living LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Administrator to join our leadership team. About the Role As Administrator, you will oversee key operational functions within the community while serving as a welcoming and professional representative of Blue Rock Senior Living. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting occupancy goals, developing resident programs, and ensuring the facility continues to provide a warm, engaging, and high-quality environment for seniors. Responsibilities Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families Build relationships with referral sources and make referral and follow-up calls to help increase and maintain occupancy Assist with admissions, move-ins, and resident transitions Maintain resident, employee, and facility documentation to ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant Conduct routine audits of files, paperwork, and operational processes Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are organized and up to date Develop, coordinate, and implement engaging activities, programs, and events for residents Create opportunities that promote social engagement, wellness, and quality of life for seniors Monitor daily operations and identify areas for improvement Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive, supportive, and resident-focused environment Foster relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral agencies Continuously seek new ideas and initiatives that improve resident experiences and strengthen the Blue Rock community Qualifications Previous experience as an Administrator, Executive Director, Community Relations Director, Admissions Coordinator, or similar leadership role preferred Experience in senior living, assisted living, retirement communities, healthcare, or long-term care settings strongly preferred Strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills Experience maintaining records, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively Experience with occupancy development, admissions, marketing, or community outreach preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A self-starter who requires minimal supervision Organized and detail-oriented Compassionate and resident-focused Professional and dependable Creative and innovative in developing programs and improving operations Passionate about serving seniors and making a positive impact Always looking for ways to help Blue Rock Senior Living grow and thrive Why Join Blue Rock Senior Living?
