Pay:
$25-$30/hr, depending on experience + performance incentives About Euro Look Medical Spa Euro Look Medical Spa is a premium, technology-forward med spa focused on modern luxury, personalized care, and natural-looking aesthetic results. We are growing and looking for a polished, reliable, and client-focused team member to help create an excellent experience for every guest. Position Summary We are hiring an luxury concierge coordinator to support daily front desk operations, client communication, scheduling, checkout, and rebooking. This is not just a basic receptionist position. The right person will be warm, organized, professional, and confident speaking with clients about appointments, treatment plans, packages, memberships, and payment options. You will help protect the schedule, support client follow-through, and make sure every guest feels welcomed, heard, and cared for. What You'll Do Greet clients warmly and provide a calm, polished check-in and checkout experience. Answer phone calls, texts, and emails using a professional and luxury-level tone. Schedule appointments accurately and manage cancellations, waitlists, and same-day openings. Reach out to warm Meta Leads and convert them into consultations Offer rebooking before checkout and help clients stay on track with their treatment plans. Support providers by reinforcing recommendations in a clear and ethical way. Discuss packages, memberships, promotions, and payment options without pressure. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Keep the front desk area organized, professional, and guest-ready. Maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures. Escalate sensitive, clinical, or client concerns to the appropriate provider or manager. What Success Looks Like A successful person in this role will: Create a luxury, welcoming experience for every client. Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, text, and email. Help keep the schedule full and organized. Encourage clients to rebook and follow through with recommended care. Handle payments, documentation, and client information accurately. Stay calm and professional in a busy environment. Take ownership, follow through, and support the team.
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma At least 2 year of front desk, customer service, hospitality, medical office, dental office, luxury retail, or med spa experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using scheduling software, phones, email, texting platforms, and payment systems. Professional appearance and polished communication style. This position does not allow the showing of tattoos or facial piercings. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred:
Experience in a med spa, medical office, dental office, luxury hospitality, or beauty/wellness environment. Experience discussing memberships, packages, treatment plans, or payment options.
