Concordia at Sumner is seeking a Lead Concierge to oversee front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members. What the
Lead Concierge Will Do:
Manage daily front desk and switchboard operations Greet visitors and assist residents with a warm, hospitality-focused approach Answer and direct incoming calls Coordinate concierge schedules and ensure shift coverage Train and support concierge team members Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain resident and staff contact information Assist with clerical tasks, office projects, and communication materials
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous reception, concierge, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency with computers and general office equipment A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
Hours:
