Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience. Schedule 30-40 hours per week Open availability for all shifts required; flexibility to work a variety of days, hours, and times 30-40 hours per week Weekday shifts: availability required (schedule varies) Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00
PM Abilities and Skills Needed:
Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette Strong problem-solving ability Detail-oriented Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software Multitasking skillset Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback Our Full-Time (30hrs/week)
