We are officially launching our own in-house therapy program, and we're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to help us set the gold standard for care at Norwood Towers. What You'll Be Doing:
The Skills:
Leading the charge on ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises. •
The Gear:
Utilizing modalities and assistive devices to help residents reclaim their independence. •
The Strategy:
Collaborating closely with supervisors and the medical team to crush treatment goals and navigate barriers. •
The Details:
Managing clinical documentation and treatment minutes within our electronic systems with precision and care.
Who You Are:
A Licensed Pro:
You hold a current OT license in the state of Ohio (CPR certification is a big plus!). •
A Critical Thinker:
You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving the "puzzle" of complex patient needs. •
A Great Communicator:
Whether you're counseling a family or updating a supervisor, you're clear, empathetic, and professional.

Shift:
8-hour day shifts. •
Location:
One site—no driving between multiple facilities! •
Pay:
