Lobby Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and professional Lobby Attendant to create a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Provide information about the facility, services, and local area as needed Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area Manage guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel Handle phone calls, reservations, and appointment scheduling efficiently Monitor security and safety protocols within the lobby area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management

Skills and Qualifications:
