What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Hunting Leads:

Refreshing the inbox like you're waiting for concert tickets to drop.

Professional Texting:

Ghosting is for dating apps, not for our customers. You'll be calling, emailing, and texting leads until they realize we're their new best friends. Setting Dates (The "Appointment" Kind): Your goal is to get people through our doors. Think of yourself as the ultimate wingman/wingwoman for our sales floor.

CRM Wizardry:

If it didn't happen in the CRM, it didn't happen in real life. You'll be keeping notes cleaner than a car straight out of the detail bay.

Handling Rejection:

You'll hear "no" more often than a toddler's parent. You've got to have skin thicker than a truck bed liner. You're a
